Our APERTURE online course is a free learning programme designed to equip students, graduates, and professionals with the skills needed to succeed in the rapidly changing fields of construction and property technology (PropTech).

Developed within the APERTURE project, the course addresses the growing skills gap between education and industry by focusing on green technologies, digital innovation and real-world applications in the built environment.

The course is a free, self-paced online course, open to participants across Europe and beyond. By enrolling, learners gain access to structured learning materials, practical insights, and industry-relevant knowledge designed to support future careers in proptech and sustainable construction.

Participants will have access to comprehensive learning materials across 6 modules where students will gain a comprehensive understanding of proptech, sustainable construction, smart cities, and entrepreneurship, combined with real-world industry collaboration and innovation. Resources are also available, including interactive content like slides, infographics, and quizzes, as well as practical insights linked to real-world industry needs.
